รายละเอียดงาน
Main Responsibilities
• Collect employment data and proceed onto the internal databases system
• Supervise compensation payment process to ensure accurate and on-time payment.
• Review requested variable pay (OT, commission, and allowances)
• Ensure wages and tax withholdings comply with regulations
• Submit payment reports to management
• Generate and complete relevant forms of monthly/yearly income tax reports, social security funds, provident funds, etc.
• Communicate to employees on issues about payroll and benefits
• Issue employee documents as requested
• Take care of all office facilities related
• Support People team activities
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor in any field
- Direct experience in Compensation and Benefits management 2+ years
- Knowledge in Compensation management, labor law and personal income tax
- Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.
- Have a good analytical thinking and prioritization skills
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Team Player
- Can-do attitude & Fast learner
- Must be resilient and adaptable with great attitude
