รายละเอียดงาน
• Manage and process sales orders as sales request and ensure that the order will be delivered as expectation and smoothly
• Manage logistics to customer meet expected service level agreement (SLA)
• Control inventory level and fulfill stock to serve sales orders and projects
• Handle claims received from customer and proceed with vendor
• Coordinate all related parties to assist customer’s issue-case
• Respond all customer’s requirement and able to deal with the unexpected situation
• Monitor and provide operational reports to measure SLA and identify improvement area.
• Manage and work with legal to provide relevant documents for bidding and contract within timeline
• Supervise and train sales for operational process as company policies
• Handle the request from call center and branded shop and work with sales and internal/external teams (accounting, collection, supply chain, vendor and supplier)

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

1. • BA/BS degree in supply chain, math, business or related discipline
2. • With a least 3-5 years’ work experience in related field or especially telecom business
3. • With a least 3-5 years’ work experience in related field or especially telecom business
4. • Good in operations transformation and process optimization. Ownership of an end-to-end business process

6. • Motivated to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment to help our growing business
7. • Ability to balance simultaneous tasks, evaluate workload and prioritize tasks based on criticality
8. • Good Excel and Power point capabilities
