รายละเอียดงาน
•Develop plans for implements changes to Manufacturing infrastructure with the goal of enhancing performance.
•Builds, patches, tests (check for compatibility issues) and deploys systems and platforms compliance Corporate Security policy.
•Operation support for Manufacturing production in order to maximize performance and improve services efficiency.
•Assists with monitoring tool software and operating system upgrades.
•Documents procedures and troubleshooting procedures related to monitoring software and hardware
•Maintains production software, adjunct support and/or utility software, i.e. Virus malware protection, and monitoring tool software.
•Reviews all new and updated processes and procedures introduced into the production environment to insure SLA compliance.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

1. Bachelor computer degree or Certificate
2. Experience in IT working areas (DataCenter, system, network, office).
3. Experience within IT service delivery (ITIL).
4. Experience with hardware and software installation and maintenance.
5. Monitoring tool experience (Zabbix,…).
6. Good knowledge of Microsoft tool (WSUS, SCCM,…)
7. Experience 4-5 years.
8. Excellent customer service and communication skills.
9. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
10. Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a dynamic and high-pressure environment.
