รายละเอียดงาน
1. Monitor and receive client instructions via E-mail and FAX
2. Respond mail for client's instruction
3. Record log, register client instuctions on Ms.Excel
4. Record client instuctions on Hi-port and Custodian Services System
5.To search and record information related Funds from various sources
6.Scan NAV announcement on newsperper
7. Sortand Deliver tax and proxy documents.
8. Coordinate with securities registrar for cheque collection,
9. Prepare cheque collection reports
- ปฎิบัติงานแถว พระราม 3 สำนักงานใหญ่
- ทำงาน จันทร์ - ศุกร์ 8.30-17.30 น.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- วุฒิ ป.ตรี(ไม่จำกัดสาขา) เกรดเฉลี่ย 3.00
- ขยัน อดทน ซื่อสัตย์และ กระตือรือร้นในการทำงาน
- สามารถใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft office ได้ดี เช่น Word/Excel
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านการประสานงาน หรือ ผู้ช่วยเลขามาก่อน
- สามารถทำงานล่วงเวลาได้
