- Minimum 3 years CRM experience
- Experience in 2 full life cycle implementation projects
- Strong architectural knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM
- Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate to all levels of the business
- Must have worked on end to end implementation projects
