- Monitor project progress comply with standards and requirements.
- Control the progress of the actual work done .
- Suggest process and technical design changes to improve performance and efficiency.
- Prepare preliminary drawing for tender submission
- Follow up the performance of the contractor as well as participate in awareness and giving opinions to solve problems occurring with all relevant parties.
- Create work schedules and assign tasks to contractor to meet project timeline, cost, and budget.

- Estimate the quantity and costs of materials of building.
- Analyze costs for maintenance and additional building needs
- Ensure that there is a limited amount of plan deviation so that projects are completed on schedule, according to specification, and within budget.
- Document progress, materials, and reports on project
- Ensure Landscape drawings are produced in compliance with agreed standards and ensure internal quality review and signoff before drawing submittals.
- Provide Landscape drawing adjustments as necessary.
- Make sure all design drawings, requirements, and design details are finished by working with the design managers.
- Keep track of the project's progress, material, and reports.
