Products : Machinery Products ex. water pumps, electric motor, diesel engine, generator, air compressor, lawn mower, pneumatic and hydraulic tools

- Monitors, oversees sales teams and progresses reports to Sales director/Assistant MD/MD
- Manage sales teams to achieve the target by increasing sales volume and/or gross profit
- Helps and supports sale person to propose the company’s products to achieve sales targets
- Solved problem and coordinates with other departments both within and outside organization
- Visit and maintain relationships with key account
- Prepare and check the quotation, sale order and related document
- Track record, result of sale person and compare its to visit plan/daily report
- Compare target and actual to past sales report (monthly, quarterly and yearly) for analytics sales statistic and sales performance
- Create business plan, sales strategy, sales budget and promotion
- Manage manpower planning, Employment relation and employee engagement for sales teams
- Sourcing and compare new or replace product both aboard and domestic
- Do all other shall in the course of sales business which the company reasonable considers necessary of proper in its interests

- Assist sales manager to manage sales teams to achieve the target by increasing sales volume and/or gross profit

- Re- check the quotation, sale order and related document
- Re-check track record, result of sale person and compare its to visit plan/daily report
- Compare target and actual to past sales report (monthly and yearly) for analytics sales statistic and sales performance
- Assist sales manager to create business plan, sales strategy, sales budget, inventory stock and promotion
- Assist sales manager to manage manpower planning, employment relation and employee engagement for sales teams
- Join with HR department in training, recruit and interview sale person and team
- Sourcing and compare new or replace product both aboard and domestic report to sales manager
- Take care representation of supplier
