 Ensure the implementation of the Project Quality Plan for the project to ensure quality
compliance.
 Create procedures all concerned as per project specifications.
 Initiate Quality awareness within the project team.
 Review and comment on Client and subcontractors project procedural documents
addressing the control and verification methods which may affect quality conformance
to specification requirements.
 Analyses and advice on quality requirements for the project.
 Ensure all necessary document preparation is completed by all concerned prior to work
execution (as required).
 Oversee QA functions for the Project to ensure efficient control is implemented and
maintained within the Project.
 Prepare and submit the Manufacturer’s Data Report (MDR) index to the Client for
approval. Review compiles MDR’s.
 Report and update the progress status of corrective actions required as identified by
CAR’s raised also verify CAR’S completion to the QA/QC Manager.
 Report any Client complaint, in regards to quality, to the Project Manager through
meetings or by e-mail, in order to ensure the appropriate action or improvement is
implemented in an effective manner.
 Expedite project-specific procedural documents and report the submission and approval
status to Project Team.
 Organize with the QA/QC Manager for project quality audit program and compile audit
reports for submission to the Project Manager and Client.
 Ensure Client Specifications and Project Specific Specifications are kept up to date in the
shared drive.
 Ensure Project specific documentation is updated as required in BJC drive location for
The Project.
 Propose to welder improvement when the reject rate over the target.
 Training workmanship to understand a procedure and project specification.
 Witnessing NDE mockup method UT, RT, MT, PT, UTM, HT, PMI, etc. and qualification
operator prior start to works.

 Conduct interviews with potential contractors and lead the tender/procurement process.
 Other duties as directed, including assisting with the preparation of Tender document in
the office.
