รายละเอียดงาน
• Contact point for basic privacy related questions, providing advisory service on privacy principles, introducing and providing instruction for privacy tools, i.e.; privacy assessment checklist, DPA,.
• Coordinate with dtac various departments especially, customer front channels, i.e.; Sales, Customer Services to carry out Privacy intent and communication.
• 1st line to handle all incoming queries from data subjects via email [email protected] . Directly responsible to coordinate with relevant parties to investigate, finalize cases, and respond back to customers as per PDPA requires.
• Communication (in operation now): to keep awareness of staffs up to date.
• Privacy newsletter (to be launched weekly)
• Privacy internal communication
• Privacy events
• Tracking privacy scopes (in operation)
• 3rd party vendors scopes to DPA
• Privacy periodic assessment on critical applications and

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

1. - มีประสบการณ์ด้าน banking,operational/หรือโทรคมนาคม
2. - ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับ data definition และ governance
3. - สื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี
4. - มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ สามารถจัดทำเอกสารได้
5. - หากมีความรู้ด้านกฎหมาย PDPA หรือ Data Privacy จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
