รายละเอียดงาน
1. Monitor overview and Responsibility for Daily Production Workflow, decision making in General Troubleshooting, updated and report to the Management
2. First and most important contact Person for CTM in case of Troubleshooting, clarify Briefing and production planning
3. Optimization to increase productivity by technical workflow, software, connecting for the company and as a requirement of the Management
4. Organize and Manage work flow of Production departments to running smooth with efficiency to meet standard of the company's gold and customer’s satisfaction
5. Training and develop quality of work of the team at all time to achieve the efficiency and effectiveness working system, skilfully and team performance
6. Professional communicate and cooperate well with Operation team and CTM
7. Maintain an efficient working system and develop himself throughout the company policies and procedures
8. Report to general Manager any case of problem to get advice or a right decision making on time
9. Be strict seriously for safeguard all documents, system, internal information and all record of the company as the rule and regulation
10. Generate a spirit of teamwork within the company with good relationship, cooperate willingly and enthusiastically to team without job discontinue or effective to the goal success of the company
11. Always conduct her/himself in the highest manner reflecting credit, responsible, policies, rule and regulation of the company
12. Working on requirement and report to the Managing Director

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

1. เพศ ชาย/หญิง อายุ 30 ปี ขึ้นไป สัญชาติไทย
2. วุฒิการศึกษา ปริญาตรี หรือสูงกว่า สาขาออกแบบ นิเทศศิลป์ ศิลปกรรม หรือสาขาอื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง
3. มีประสบการณ์ทำงานในสายงาน 3D รวมถึงด้านการตกแต่งภาพ รีทัชภาพ สื่อสิ่งพิมพ์และกระบวนการผลิต
4. มีประสบการณ์ด้านการบริหารทีม หรือผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชา จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
5. มีภาวะความเป็นผู้นำสูง และสามารถบริหารทีมและวางแผนการปฏิบัติงานได้
6. สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษและภาษาเยอรมันได้เป็นอย่างดี ทั้งด้าน การฟัง การพูด การอ่าน และการเขียน
7. สามารถใช้โปรแกรม 3D Studio Max, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effect, Maya, Zbrush ได้เป็นอย่างดี
8. สามารถยืดหยุ่นเรื่องเวลาทำงานได้
