Responsibilities:
- Handle staff benefits, claims and leave management including associated systems
- Handle all government-related statutory filing
- Drive HR activities in Employee Relations, Training and related job.
- Proactively supports the delivery of HR Process to others team.
- Schedule interviews for line managers, liaise with recruitment consultants, candidates and deal with applications
- HR Reporting as and when required
- Ad hoc tasks and requirements as reasonably required.
- Support and contribute to Human Resources Department activities and/or projects such as HR process improvement initiatives, employee engagement, people development, employee relations and other

- Not over than 30 years old
- HR Generalist experience will be advantaged
- Excellent communication skills
- Problem-solving and strong negotiation skill
