รายละเอียดงาน
1.Direct, oversee, and manage daily operations for our accomodation facilities in Thailand.
2.Maintain regular company’s vehicle check and repair.
3.Maintain quality control of food in our Hua Hin Location.
4.Maintain room standards and site repairs.
5.Uphold and enforce company policies and procedures and implement new processes.
6.Suggest changes to operating standards in order to improve efficiency of work.
7.Set team goals and create plans of action for achieving them.
8.Work with HR department to resolve employee issues and complaints.
9.Help foster a positive working environment for all workers and check in regularly to ensure employee satisfaction.
10.Maintain an efficient, organized work space that encourages productivity at all times.
11.Complete daily operational tasks in a timely manner.
12.Perform general office duties as needed (sending/answering emails, phone calls, filing/electronically inputting forms, etc.)
13.Set-up and attend company meetings as required.
14.Train new hires in company processes and procedures.
15.Organize and distribute schedules and assignments.
16.Assist with budget creation for maintenance.
17.Maintain open lines of communication between all teams.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

1. High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
2. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management or related field preferred.
3. 2+ years working in a management position and familiar with such duties and responsibilities.
4. In-depth knowledge of our specific industry a plus.
5. Service industry experience.
6. Excellent customer service skills.
7. Ability to consistently maintain positive client relationships.
8. Organized and detail-oriented, can work under tight timeline and manage workload well.
9. Excellent interpersonal skill, enthusiastic, with logical thinking.
10. Dynamic personality and strong leadership skills.
