รายละเอียดงาน
Overall duties:
• Respond to all inquiries and requests for information from prospective patients about the healing center, its programs and services from the Arabic region.
• Support Arabic patients during their time with us at Akesis – assistance with language between medical team, support team and hospitality team.
• The significant in-patient resource to inform patients and family members about the mind, body and spirit benefits of all aspect of the various programs that are available during a patient’s healing journey.

Ongoing Tasks:
• Find out any concerns or issues they may be having
• Support the patients and their family members through their experience at our healing center and about the mind, body and spirit benefits of all aspect of the various programs that are available during their healing journey
• Check in with patients often and see how their process is going
• Ask specific questions about their process here
• Serve as a vital link and liaison between the doctors, nurses and the patient
• Give patients the individual attention they require throughout their course of treatment, i.e. checking in with them about accommodations, scheduling, etc…


New Patient Orientation:
• Explain where their daily schedule is each morning for the day.
• Go over the weekly patient routine schedule and reiterate the importance of being timely
• Explain the schedule request form and where to put it.
• Talk with them about what each of the staff members do
• Explain where questions can be answered, as to which staff member can answer
• Direct them to appropriate person if they have questions
• Explain the after hours procedure
• Explain when to fast and what treatments require them to avoid oils and fats prior to receiving.
• Explain what beverages they can intake and why

4. Keen to learn about integrative medicine and willing to participate in classes and study
