Recruit and hiring quality employees to fill up all manpower to all studios
To do individual development plan and coordinate with HR team.
Oversee and ensure pleasant, fun and interactive talent development experiences
Evaluate & monitor effectiveness of brand training.
Work closely to each department manager to create or support development plan.
Develop training & development yearly plan, based on Business Unit direction to be validated by site Human Resource Manager.
Monthly priorities and action plan for staffs training and implementation time line.
Research and study HR best practices and apply to other plants and deploy to each plant if possible.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- At least 3-5 year's work experience in recruitment and training
- Possessing presentation, negotiation, leadership, communication and business management skills, multi-tasking and time-management skills
- Good command of English is preferable and communicative
- Interpersonal skills in support and customer service
- Experience in Hospitality industry is a plus
