ดูแลความเรียบร้อยในห้องคอนโทรล CCTV ให้ขั้นตอนการทำงานถูกต้องตามขั้นตอนที่ได้วางไว้ ตรวจสอบเอกสารให้ถูกต้องก่อนนำส่ง, ประสานงานกับทีมงานและลูกค้าในต่างประเทศตามขั้นตอน

ทำงานเป็นกะ 12 ชั่วโมง แบ่งเป็น 2 กะ 8:00-20:00น. , 20:00-8:00น. โดยทำงาน 3 วันหยุด3 วัน ทำงาน4 วันหยุด4 วันสลับกันไป

Remote Surveillance Monitoring are recruiting for an exciting new opportunity to join their company as a CCTV Control Room Supervisor
You will be working closely with the control room manager and will be responsible for the protection of our clients’ premises and assets through our CCTV monitoring platform. You will be required to respond to incidents or suspected events according to your operations manual which will be provided. An example of which could be calling a mobile security officer and contact the local police force to attend the site.
Your performance must meet or exceed the expectations of Remote Surveillance Monitoring and our clients by demonstrating a proactive approach at all times.
You will be working closely with our sister company Remote Surveillance limited, a team of engineers who install our CCTV systems across the client’s property. A key requirement will be to provide health checks on the CCTV images being received and report any faults of our cameras, so the engineer can attend the site to fix those faults. Our CCTV systems work by detecting intruders through our analytic software systems which require remote setup from the control room which you will be responsible for.
You must possess excellent written skills to confidently complete incident reports of any suspicious activities on our customers’ sites when required.
Other duties include ensuring all documents are correctly updated in our system; as well as making sure your team of operators follow their given procedures to able to work coherently alongside you.
