1. Manage the training plans by the career ladder and the other organization development program that align with the business objectives.
2. Work on organizational development to support of business objectives and HRM / HRD strategies and organizational development interventions
3. Designs programs to improve organizational effectiveness, employee development, employee engagement, and employee productivity
4. Contributes to the development of comprehensive strategy for building change management capability across the organization, and partners across the organization to build and enhance change tools, training, and methodology
5. Demonstrates strong consultative, relationship building, interpersonal and influence skills in dealing with all levels of management; can quickly establish credibility and working relationships
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- 1. Minimum 10 years of experiences in HRM and HRD
- 2. At least Bachelor or Master degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development degree is of advantage
- 3. Consulting skills in areas such as organizational design, OD, change management
- 4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills intrinsic motivation is a must
- 5. Proven oral, written and presentation skills in English
- 6. Proactive work ethic with strong organizational skills
