We are looking for a customer service oriented senior Help desk specialist and training specialist to provide technical support to users in an efficient and accurate manner within Tesco Mall areas. You will be considered as the firm’s front liner and you will solve basic technical problems and provide support for all assigned areas by considering the training object as the prioritize tasks

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

1. - Develop or oversee the production of classroom handouts, instructional materials, aids and manuals
2. - Translate requirements into trainings that will groom employees for the next step of their career path
3. - Identify training needs by evaluating strengths and weaknesses
4. - Data cleaning : cleaning data within Mall areas in order to prepare the next data migration from legacy system( excel and oracle).
5. - Hyper-care support : Provide accurate information on IT products or services, Record events and problems and their resolution in logs, Properly escalate unresolved queries to the next level of support.
6. - Excel Advance
7. - ทำงานจันทร์ - ศุกร์ 8.30-17.30 น.
