Advance personnel recruiting, introduction, training, human resource planning and management
Manage and develop human resource system, technology related to personnel management i.e payroll system,
system of tracking and verify employee time attendance/roster/ their leaves, etc.
Manage human resource Information system
- Recruiting testing and employee selection information
- Employee database, career history, qualification information, payroll information, absent information
- Performance appraisal, complaints problem analysis, survey information on work attitudes, including
monitoring and evaluation in the system.
- Maintain and update human resource data/document/filing simple search complied company policy
Coordinate with other departments, follow regulations of the company and other assigned tasks
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Female Thai nationality age 30+
- Bachelor's degree and/or higher university degree in related discipline required
- At least 4-6 years experience in recruiting, training and human resources in retail business
- Computer Literate, Proficient with MS Office, Excel and human resources related software
- Good interpersonal skills and team player
- Maturity, service minded, good relationship
- Good command of English
- Able to work immediately
