รายละเอียดงาน
-Overseeing the production process, drawing up a production schedule;
-ensuring that the production is cost effective;
-identifying and proposing improvements that reduce costs or production deadlines;
-keeping abreast of new production technologies;
-making sure that products are produced on time and are of good quality
-working out the human and material resources needed
-estimating costs and setting the quality standards required by customers
-monitoring the production processes and adjusting schedules as needed
-being responsible for the selection and maintenance of equipment
-monitoring product standards and implementing quality-control programs
-liaising among different factory department, e.g.suppliers, managers
-working with factory managers to implement the company's policies and goals
-supervising and motivating workers
-reviewing workers and factory managers performance
-identifying training needs
-ensuring compliance with health and safety quidelines and environmental as required by the company
-dealing with subcontractors
-ensuring that production components (stones, spare parts, etc) are purchased at planned quality price
-monitoring components, WIP stock,finished goods stocks
-ensuring that the level of stocks remains consistent with the level of production
-monitoring gold loss
-monitoring staff performance, training and development
-Dealing with people, who work in factory, supply and subcontractors
-involved with product design (R&D) by signaling the potential production problems
-involved in purchasing

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

1. MAIL/FEMAIL, age 35-45 years
2. EXPERIENCE MIN.3 YEARS IN JEWELRY FACTORY (GOLD CASTING) AS PRODUCTION MANAGER OR DEPUTY
3. ability to act decisively, capacity to grasp concepts easily
4. planning and organizing skills, problem-solving capabilities
5. information communication technologie literacy
6. attention to detail, good physical health
7. ability to communicate clearly and persuasively
8. strong negotiating skills, excellent time management,self-confidence
9. ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
10. good level of spoken and written English
