- Able to impress the customers and callers with your active initiative and willingness to solve customer problem.
- Assistant customers with inquires about their travel itinerary
- Make a reservation for foreign customer by system, so you must be able to operate Galileo and World span
- Selling the tour programs to customers over the phone, chat & e-mail
- Work at night, Can work on holiday
- Working 5 days per week, 8 hours per day
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Any gender / Any age / Thai Nationality
- Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Tourism or related field
- Strong command of English skills in writing, listening & speaking
- Computer literacy & ability to use Amadeus and Galileo are preferred
- For Ticket Reservation Supervisor, Minimum of 3 years experience in related fields
- For Ticket Reservation Officer, Experience in related field is advantage
- Good personality and leadership skill
- Ready to work in a shift & overtime
