The position of Front Office System Specialist / System Support is responsible for installation and support on sites all hotels, resorts and restaurants (EASYFO’s customers). Other than supporting or helping to the customers by phone call about Front Office Program.

• Thai Nationality / Male or Female / Age 22-35 Years Old
• Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel and Tourism, Information Technology or a related field preferred.
• At least 1-2 years work experience in Hotel &Tourism would be an advantage.
• Knowledge in EASYFO System would be an advantage.
• Familiar with Room Reservation, Reception, Front Cashier, Night Audit or Point of Sale System would be an advantage.
• High ability to learn new technology.
• Ability to support on-site in Bangkok and up-country.

The position of Network Specialist / Network Engineer is responsible for installation and network setup on sites all hotels, resorts and restaurants (EASYFO’s customers). Other than supporting or giving information by phone call about Hardware, Software and Network equipment. EASYFO shall provide onsite IT support and maintenance services to customers.

• Thai Nationality / Male / Age 22-35 Years Old
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field preferred.
• At least 1-2 years work experience in Technical Consultant for Network System and Network Equipment would be an advantage.
• Knowledge in EASYFO System would be an advantage.
• Knowledge in Hardware and Software Installation.
• Familiar with Operation System of Linux, Windows 2003, Windows 2008 and etc.
• High ability to learn new technology.
• Ability to support on-site in Bangkok and up-country.
