• CSR – CMR : Corporate Social Responsibility; Responsible for developing, planning and executing initiatives in line with the company’s community development efforts.
• Occupational Health and Safety: Management role responsible for the policy, procedures and measurement of occupational health and safety in the workplace.
• QMR / ISO: Ensure that the organization’s Quality Management System conforms to customer, internal, ISO 9001:2015 and regulatory or legal requirements.
• KPI: Develop a set of KPIs to monitor the performance for all the department.
• Project Mgt.: Planning and overseeing projects or new business to ensure completed in a timely fashion and within budget.

• Annual Action Plan: Review annual action plan for all the department.

- Accounting & Finance: Monitoring and control (revenue, expenses, tax).
- HR: Manpower planning, Onboarding program for new employee, PMS, ER, Activity, Welfare, Labour of Law.
- QMR: Ensuring that processes needed for the quality management system are established, implemented and maintained, Reporting to top management (HACCP / GMP Codec / Halal).
