ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
- Creating and Monitoring Bill of Material (BOM data) to support Engineer Team New Model.
- Able to use Program ERP.
- Knowledge about Auto cad, Drawing Design - Coordinate with customer about New model document 2D& 3D Data - Control check New PCB, Electrical parts, checking process
-Control quality document, for instance, Quality Manual, Quality Procedure, Work instruction, supporting document, form and distribute document to concern person or requester.
- Making of Document Master List (All document in quality system).
- Follow up KPI of section to achieve on target

ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
- Production process audit identify and record the quality problems Control of nonconforming products.
- Issue and follow up supplier's NCR/CAR and interact with supplier for material quality improvement and supplier process audit.
- Handle customer complaint discuss with customer to clarify and resolve quality issues, Corrective and preventive action to prevent recurrent problem.
- Coordinate with customer for product development such APQP, PPAP, Process Flow, FMEA and Control plan.
Knowledge of QC 7 Tools, 5 Why Analysis, Problem Solving.
