- Perform general secretarial tasks and administrative support.
- Prepare meeting room and facilities/ take notes in internal meeting
- Help follow up the progress of all function
- Coordinating with external departments for facility management
- Responsible for preparing documents in the department such as PO/PR requests, etc.
- File and update contact information of employees, customers, suppliers and external partners
- Perform other related duties as required
- Support and facilitate the completion of regular reports
- Check frequently the levels of office supplies and place appropriate orders
- Document expenses and hand in reports
- Undertake occasional receptionist duties
- Organising and sevicing meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes)
