Duties in General:
The Parts Supervisor isresponsible for selling and delivering Mopar parts and selected products by either managing the parts department or own parts sales activities. S/He in charge for
planning and coordinating the After Sales strategy in the parts department and reporting to aftersales manager.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities:
Actively sell and deliverspare parts and selected products including accessories and merchandise items by either managing the parts department or own activities
Develop and implementmarketing tools and customer retention programs to explore new ways of business
Close communication and collaboration with other departments in the dealership for all related parts activities
Monitor and analyze the currentservice, parts and KPI data to create strategies to increase customer retention, parts sales and gross profit
Do all the respective planning and budgeting that is necessary to realize the strategy
Secure a clean, tidy and well maintained working environment and equipment
Maintain an inventory to match the requirements of the dealership and NSC
Ensure that all targetsset either by internally and are complete and timely achieved
Manage and lead the Parts Team in all aspects
Observe market and competitors in order to adapt the strategy if necessary
Utilize and provide guidance for necessary working tools (e.g. Parts catalogue, DMS, etc.)
Provide where needed internal training within dealership

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

1. At least 2-3 years of working experience as Parts Supervisor or in a similar position
2. Experience in the automotive After Sales / Parts Business is preferred
3. Proven experience in leading andmanaging teams
4. Ability to make decisions & achieve objectives
5. Excellent customer service mentality with ability to quickly build strong relationships
6. Excellent organizational and analyticalskills
7. Proficient computer skills (MS office, DMS, e-Parts catalogue and Internet)
