• Coaching, inspiring and motivating a customer service team.
• Ensuring the team meets appointment conversion rate target.
• Training, improvement, and performance management.
• Developing strategies and SOPs towards success and growth.
• Disciplined use of internal system, communication, and customer management.
• Handling customer complaints and enquiries.
• Forecasting and analyzing data.
• Daily reporting of performance
• To monitor inbound and outbound call to assess associate’s demeanor, technical accuracy, customer service performance, and conformity to company policies and procedures
• To monitoring random calls for quality assurance.
• To assist in developing, creating and implementing call center quality processes and procedures; as well as making recommendation for enhancements to training materials as needed to enhance the overall Carsome customer’s experience
• Quickly identify internal control deficiencies and draw the appropriate conclusions

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

1. มีประสบการณ์บริหารทีม Telesales หรือ Call Centre อย่างน้อย 2 ปี
2. สามารถใช้คอมพิวเตอร์และโปรแกรมพื้นฐาน Microsoft office ได้ดี
3. มีภาวะความเป็นผู้นำและดูแลทีมได้
4. มีระเบียบวินัย กระตือรือร้น และมีความรับผิดชอบ
5. วุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป
