รายละเอียดงาน
• Work with user community roles to determine changes that will be required to implement
• Determine “to-be” IT and business process strategy, map “as-is” and “to-be” business processes in alignment with the business process strategy by following defined procedures / guidelines, in order to provide suitable system and technology through all business processes
• Collect, analyze, interpret and translate Client’s business requirements into viable high level IT solutions / design
• Perform impact analysis
• Provide estimates as required
• Analyze and resolve incidents/ SRs tickets raised from clients within reasonable timeframe
• Perform root cause analysis in defect resolution.
• Assist in problem management processes as the business needs arise
• Use full life cycle system development process
• Coordinates the development of system document
• Deliver work products required for each stage of the enhancement
• Perform system integration testing and participates in user acceptance testing
• Coordinates deployment and promotion of changes to production
• Validates change requests and defect reports

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

1. • Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Information Technologies, etc.
2. • Around 6 - 8 years of technical experience with Oracle ERP 12.1.1 up on Financial moduls (PR, PO, AP, Inventory, FA, PA)
3. • Hands-On experience with Oracle SQL, PL/SQL
4. • Experience in maintenance support project is a plus
5. • At least Intermediate level of English communication skills
