รายละเอียดงาน
- Identify and analyze evaluations request for new products, flow or business
- Setup new Products/VA/Kitting/Price and Customers in systems for Indochina countries
- Setup product Routing and update data mapping
- Conduct testing for new Products/VA/Kitting/Price/Route to ensure no issue before commercial launch
- Make sure proper training and documentation has been provided to users
- Support in continuous improvement process and its impact on systems
- Ensure data consistency regularly and fix issue when required
- Coordinate to correspond team to solve the issue when required
- Perform audits, problem and performances analysis and propose improvement plans
- Seek the ways to simplify process with his/her IT knowledge or expertise
- Check the impact and organize implementation of news processes and products in the labs and validate with IT department
- Communicate regularly to his/her supervisor what are major issues and its current status
- Feedback the status to each correspondent team every time when receive the request
- Maintain a working knowledge of the product, setup, pricing, and other master data.
- Provide training and feedback to help users increase their technical knowledge and skills
- Manage and prioritizes multiple and sometimes competing tasks,and manages project responsibilities
- Consistently meets deadlines and shows autonomy in completing tasks with some technical and management guidance
- Undertake other duties as appropriate within his/her competence, as required by superior from time to time.

ความสามารถพิเศษ - Knowledge and have experienced in IT/MIS functions from multinational companies
- Knowledge of: SQL server and basic programming
- Good working knowledge of English (read, write, speak with ease)
- New graduate still be considered
- Computer literate and experienced with MS office, ERP Support,SQL Server
- Make recommendations and requests to obtain needed resources from other technical support areas or programming staff as required
- Positive attitude and able to work with less supervision
- Ability to manage their own priority
- The ability to plan, initiate and implement change where necessary
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
5. ประสบการณ์ 1-2 years experiences in MIS functions
The role is to contribute and provide following expertise:
- Setup new Products/VA/Kitting/Price in systems
- Setup product Routing and update data mapping
- Conduct testing for new Products/VA/Kitting/Price/Route to ensure
- no issue before commercial launch
- Support on improvements or updates new ordering flow
- Regular checking data consistency and fix issue when required
