รายละเอียดงาน
• Develop and execute strategic business plan to drive growth in revenue and profitability.
• Develop and implement specific marketing, activities and sales plans consistent with the growth and profitability goals for all products.
• Research, test, and launch creative strategies and plans to identify new marketing, sales, business, and product opportunities to expand the business.
• Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of sales and marketing methods, including distribution channels.
• Oversee day-to-day sales, monitoring, and forecasting to better understand the market.
• Oversee & Provide market and competitive intelligence to team through market research, trend analysis, and other data mining methodologies and resources.
• Develop and manage marketing and sales budgets and oversee the development and management of operating budgets (Internal & External).
• Develop and maintain a consistent corporate image and ensure that the brand is well communicated across all channels.
• Continually assess our marketing techniques and their efficacy in affecting sales.
• Own ultimate responsibility for successfully meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Take calculated risks to increase profitability and brand recognition.
• Cultivate and deepen client relationships and partnerships that add value.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

1. • Age preferably 30-40 years
2. • Bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing, business administration or other relevant field.
3. • Minimum of 7+ years of Sales/Marketing experience including at least 3 years management experience.
4. • Experience within the property and construction industry is essential.
5. • Presentation and interpersonal communication skills.
6. • Knowledge of marketing and sales techniques and concepts.
7. • Strong motivation, leadership and team management skills.
8. • Enthusiastic and creative.
9. • Strategic planning skills.
10. • Good command in English.
