รายละเอียดงาน
• Create main Concept and Design Development of the architecture or master plan.
• Develop and design architectural solutions from conceptual level through construction documentation.
• Responsible for coordination and quality control of design,sketches, construction documents and design construction budgets.
• Coordinate with clients, rest of consultants and technical teams.
• Constant contact with product suppliers, materials, furniture and equipment for latest information.
• Develop projects with design standards for delivery of high quality buildings.
• Elaborate technical details and construction drawings to standards.
• Site monitoring and supervision support as required for completion of the project

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

1. Bachelor degree in Architectural / Interior or any related field.
2. If you are new graduate with smart attitude, kindly send us your resume.
3. 5 years of experiences, especially in construction, project management.
4. Have a knowledge of building materials, construction details, relevant rules, regulations and quality standards.
5. Understanding of all facets of constructions process.
6. Strong advance computer design skill.
7. Self-organization, Coordination skill, High integrity, Problem solving, initiative and able to work under pressure.
8. Good command of both spoken and written in English.
9. Architecture License is a must.
