- Responsible for Plastic Injection Parts manufacturing, Production Control, Assembly, Machine and Moulds maintenance
- Work with Facility engineer for PM plans of injection machines and other equipment in the plant
- Developing and improving product quality, machines & labour efficiency, equipment and facilities utilization
- Work with other production for assembly & QA to ensure process efficiency & product quality
- Delivering on-going improvements to processes, procedures and products to achieve cost savings targets
- Responsible for the raw material and recycle material, Management of scrap and follow up of defect.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor degree in Engineering, Plastics/Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial
- At least 3 years in plastic injection process and mold maintenance, knowledge in Stamping, Painting process is a plus
- knowledge in ISO Systems ISO9001, IATF16949, ISO13485, PPAP, drawing, Control plan, FMEA, PDCA/8D report, 5Why Analysis, KAIZEN and Audit skill would be an advantage
- Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skill and Good command of English.
- Understanding of tool and parts costing
- Good problem solving, analytical and communication skills
