รายละเอียดงาน
• Utilizes computerized accounting software programs (Express, OpenBravo, Excel, Word) to perform duties and
responsibilities.
• Assure timely collection of monies due to corporation.
• Monitor and report on deviations from credit standards.
• Assure timely and accurate invoicing.
• Manage cash application making sure all cash receipts are applied properly
• Assure that the companies standard template regarding invoice sample is in place for every customer
• Conduct credit checks on all customer, establish and manage limits
• Make recommendations to improve quality of invoicing and collection procedures.
• Weekly reporting of invoicing totals/aging totals/cash receipts/invoice adjustments
• AR Senior will be required to manage a staff of 4 or 5.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

1. Bachelor degree or higher required, college level accounting classes or Accounting Degree preferred.
2. Superior spreadsheets skills and a good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
3. Knowledge of Great Plains Accounting or similar software is a plus.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must.
5. Knowledge and understanding of D&B reporting is required.
6. Managerial skills and experience are a must.
7. Some experience with spreadsheets and automated accounting systems Ability to sort, check, count, and verify numbers Ability to multi-task, prioritize and work efficiently Flexibility to adapt to all situations and work varied hours; possibly work weekends or evenings.
