Job Summary
The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for recruitment assignments including proactively search for active and passive job seekers, conduct primary profile screening, interviewing to relevant job criteria within targeted time. Responsible retention an employee and orientation for new staff and co-ordinate with product management department.
Responsibilities
1. Design, develop and maintain the recruitment process in the organization, including job
description, recruitment, measurement, regular measurement, reporting, the on boarding
program, and taking proper actions to increase recruitment efficiency.
2. Explore the new recruitment channel, tools and implement appropriate best practice in the
organization. Develop, Communicate and Train recruitment tools for HR Recruiters and hiring
managers.
3. Build a quality relationship and set the communication strategies with the internal customer and
channel for different job profiles and functions in the organization.
4. Conduct job interviews for the all positions in the organization. For manager position up May be
interviewed by the Human Resources Manager.
5. Retention an employee and handle mentoring program.
6. Act as a single point of contact for managers regarding recruitment topic
7. Perform other duties as assigned.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or other related field.
2. At least 5 years of experience in Recruitment and Employee Relation including 2 years of supervisory experience.
3. Knowledge about Labour Law and Retention Management
4. Communication skills, Excellent in communication skills with people at all level.
