รายละเอียดงาน
• Review the daily intake of products into the Bakery Kitchen & Cafe and ensure accurate pricing and quantity of goods received
• Control the stores by ensuring accuracy of inventory and stock control and the pricing of good received
• Cost Control of slow moving goods and goods nearing expiry dates to reduce waste and alter product purchasing to accommodate
• Manage cost reporting on a weekly basis
• Report to finance and meetings, as required
• Maintain good communication and working relationships

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

1. Age 28-35 years old
2. Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or Accounting
3. At least 3 years of stock control background in hotel and food service industry
4. Have a good knowledge of food , beverage and consumable items
5. Good English literacy and computer skills : Excel and stock control system
6. Strong organizational & analytical skills
