Responsible for esteemed guests’ pre-arrival preparations including dining, activities (golf, spa, horseback riding, zip line, and a lot more), amenities requests, transportation, nanny service, etc.

Handling at most 80 guests’ inbound and outbound calls a day and ensuring utmost satisfaction to their inquiries, needs and wants

Recommending, and directing guests to desired destinations whether it be off-property activities, off-property dining, shopping locations, etc.

Escorting guests to specific location in the property.

Expertise in PMS system (AS400), and other reservation portals like OpenTable, Agilisys, and more.

Upselling other hotel’s offerings accordingly to guests’ natures, likes, and and other conditions as an anticipatory gesture.
