Role in Quality System to implement and maintain the Food safety and quality related to GHP, HACCP and FSSC 22000 for in-house production and OEM products in the bakery, Dairy and Confectionery products business.
Function of QA OEM/special projects.
• Supplier quality audit and approved more than 20+ external suppliers for own brand products around 44 SKUs including bread, cheese, pasteurized cow’s milk, dry mixed products (flour, seasoning), food and bakery ingredient products.
• Risk assessment/vulnerability to impact the products, risk base thinking, refer to GHP/HACCP onward to FSSC22000 and supplier audit.
• Lead to rectify food safety and quality risks that may impact the products.
• Products regulatory compliance and development. Included with supplier evaluated and audit.
• Evaluating the supplier's communication channels and responsiveness.
• Fostering collaboration to enhance the overall relationship with the supplier and working team.
Function of Quality Systems (External Warehouse/Distribution center)
• To implement the quality systems in external warehouse under operation by KCG PLC.
• To maintain the implement’s systems by activities such as GMP monthly through walk, internal/external auditing, and training.
• Audit preparing site verify and document before CB’s / customer’s annual audit.
• Document control systems for External warehouse/distribution center under operation by KCG PLC.
• Setup FSMS on new distribution center and logistic park on GHP and customer’s standard.
Function of Quality Systems (Bangplee branch and Bangna branch).
Focuses on quality and food safety systems to implement and maintain in FSMS. To applied FSMS as GHP/HACCP and ISO9001 in process line e.g. pasteurized milk, fruit spread and nondairy filling, glace fruit, dairy filling, chilled bread, carrageenan jelly, dry mixed (flour mixed and jelly powder mixed), shortening, margarine and butter products, bakery ingredients, syrup, biscuits products and cheese sauce.
• FSMS team member for FSSC V5.1 implement in biscuit, food, and bakery ingredient as fruit spread, filling products (dairy and non-dairy product), jelly product (powder and ready to eat jelly products), flour mixed, glace fruit, cracker, and cookies.
• To comply with FSMS and customer requirements such as GHP, HACCP, FSSC22000 and SQMS.
• To maintain, all implemented systems that are currently certified are still in place.
