-Provide sorting method to supplier.
-Audit supplier's process.
-Monitor supplier 4M change [ Man,Machine,Meterial,Method] and
provide condition check.
2. Product quality control.[QAE]
-High defective improvement.
-Mapping process find out the problems root-cause and take action.
- Did 8D report when has the customer claimed in cause the product
was rejected level A.
-Monitor corrective action.
-Issue QC remainder for risk process or/and in case customer claimed.
-Audit process line.
-Prepare the document and process line support customer audit.
-Defective judgment.
