1 Acquire new potential franchisee (partner) leads for support nationwide.
2 Understand the nature of logistics business, activities from competitor in the same industry, and franchise business from other industries.
3 Develop and implement yearly & monthly franchisee (partner) acquisition plan.
4 Build strategic relationship with key partners and develop partnership campaign & activation.
5 Conduct nationwide/regional/meeting and visit to strengthen the relationship with each franchisee (Partner).
6 Ensures that franchisees receive the organizational strategy, including promotions, products, and any other standardized rules.
7 Lead franchisees Operations Directions by providing short and long-term strategic plans which identifies key business priorities
8 Set financial and operational targets and translate plans to implementable blueprint for each business unit within franchisees Operations
9 Collaborate effectively with head of business units and stakeholders in the development and execution of strategic plans and projects
10 Research & analyze internal & external information (trends, industry and competitors) for relevant business insights and developing strategies
11 Provide support, consultancy and strategic guidelines to working teams within the business unit
12 Monitor and track progress of BU’s strategic objectives and performance review regularly
13 Managing and developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls to achieve company goals
14 Maintenance of FC agreement as well as new and renewals of existing FC agreement.
