- Provide support for system upgrades, file maintenance and installations where installations are carried out by vendors

- Provides expertise and team leadership for supporting end users by resolving IT issues related to the performance of IT hardware, software applications and communications.
- Responsible for maintaining of internal portal, systems and infrastructure, providing continuous improvement in all IT processes.
- Provides technical support to solve problems encountered on the field and training.
- Disseminate information on technical problems, need for equipment, need for software upgrading
and priorities.
- Ensure IT Infrastructure services provision including with system availability, stability, performance, and cost effectiveness for overall IT Infrastructure operations platforms regarding quality aspects, customer satisfaction level and key performance indicators.
- Ensuring cyber threat detection tools are maintained, reviewed and effective in detecting cyber threats.
