ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
- Assist the manager in organizing, planning and implementing strategy and houshin.
- Plan, organize and control all activities in section.
- Planning, forecasting, and controlling to accommodate change points at work.
- Accomplish section's goals.
- Setting section houshin, objectives, budgets, procedures and member's assignment.
- Organizing, monitoring and evaluate team members' performance.
- Handle and resolve issues, Guiding, motivating at work
- Coordinate with concerned parties in management level.
- Overall monitor and control production output&stocks, delivery status both to customers and from suppliers.
- Budgeting, Cost Control and Reduction.
- Ensure section activities to achieve IATF16949, ISO14001 and ISO45001's requirements and KPI's.
- Advise team members' activity : VA/VE, APQP,TPS, PI, SK&QCC,Hiyari submission, Cost activities, etc.
- Leader project BCP (Business Continuity Plan)
- Support and push for new activities of the company
- Other assigned jobs.

ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
- Plan the requirement of materials and control suppliers to manufacturing according to customer
- Coordinate and Support Staff Member/Vendors/Suppliers/Manufacturer.
- Monitor the forecast order from the customers, to plan the material requirement.
- Follow up shipment delivery with suppliers as delivery planed.
- Follow the delivery/shipment plan of all material and component on SAP System.
- Plan production based on the delivery schedule and capacity.
- Responsible for the delivery of products to meet the customer requests.
- Experience and familiar with SAP system.
