Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities.
- Make summarizing and reporting for management team.
- Created analysis and performance reports for management teams to
review.
- Monitors customer satisfaction levels and resolves issues with the
appropriate in-house personnel and through use of the corporate
corrective action process.
- Support CRM software to drive sales target i.e. update customer
database, ordering and delivery status.
- Work closely with Japanese team to achieve the sale target.
