• Manage and control SLA to deliver product and offer as business requirement within timeline commitment.
• Coordinate with business user in regards to requirement and requests to ensure that the final product would deliver the desired outcome.
• Manage team, outsource and vendor in project assignment to deliver billing configuration on commitment timeline.
• Perform testing to ensure the deliverable for charging of customers.
• Support, analyze and solve problem management and 2nd tier support for incident management of tariff configuration to ensure that the incident and problem are efficiently, effectively, and sustainably fixed within minimal timeframe.
• Responsible for end-to-end project management on products and services. .
• Creating SQL for verification of tariff configuration on Billing system and support business user or project.
• Prepare demand management report to responsibilities department.

• Proactive Problem Management mainly focusing on the providing the permanent solution, process improvement, and targeting the preventive action of End-to-End International Roaming and Billing system.
• Monitor and Verification the correctness of Marketing's requirement according to capability of billing system and solution finding in case of promotion error on Bill.
• Setup promotion master on Billing system and identifying mapping on legacy system.
• Analysis and planning the potential capability of billing system with related to team for gathering requirement to setup new promotion.
• Coordinating with Testing team for configuration's requirement and knowledge sharing for test preparation process.
• Creating SQL/PLSQL for verification of tariff and discounting configuration's specification on billing system.
• Requirement Gathering and CR preparation of configuration's program on Billing system for further development of IS team.
