Assistant Vice President / Engineer Manager
• Ensuring that individual initiatives, commitments and services are delivered in a timely, effective and professional manner
• Leading a team in the evaluation of products and/or procedures to enhance productivity and effectiveness
• Effectively lead team decision-making
• Contributing to the review of new security threats and trends and provide input on the strategic direction to enhance the overall security posture of the company and the security roadmap
• Responsibilities include leading a team to develop and manage security for multiple very complex IT functional areas (e.g., data, systems, network) across the enterprise. Lead team in the development and implementation of security policies and procedures (e.g., user log-on and authentication rules, security breach escalation procedures, security auditing procedures and use of firewalls and encryption routines)
• Conduct research to identify threats and attack vectors and develop mitigating solutions to manage the risk
• Perform problem management and incident postmortem activities to ensure follow up actions and process improvements are continually being performed
• Evaluate, develop and work on new frameworks and applications in diverse areas like Cloud, Private Cloud
• Works with network team on design, configuration and implementation of network access control systems, with respect to security
• Follows and implements all security configuration management processes and suggests improvements as they pertain to their work
• Lead the research and evaluation of emerging security technology, and industry and market trends to assist in project development and prioritization
• Intrusion detection systems (IDS/IPS), network forensics, network behavioral analysis
• Performs architecture assessments of systems and networks
• Implements an enterprise-wide definition of security, establishes and maintains data, network and system security-related infrastructure, and applications and processes
• Manage security risk software vendor relationship to improve use of automated security risk assessment tools
• Pro-actively identify organization’s requirements, and help design, and engineer implementations that best serve the needs
• Familiarity with network management concepts including fault identification/isolation, configuration, and performance management

(Acts) Project Engineer of IPPS Co.,Ltd. (PayforU System)
• Perform network infrastructure and security to compile PCI-DSS Standard. (Windows , Active Directory , Switch , Firewall , VPN , IPS/IDS)
• Perform cyber-threat hunting processes to proactively identify internal risks that might exist in the infrastructure
• Performs or coordinates penetration testing of systems and networks
• Assist in developing processes, tools, and techniques to enhance the performance of technical network security audits
• Assist or perform sections of an information systems audit such as networks, security, and IT framework
• Leading a team responsible for enforcing security policies and procedures by administering and monitoring security profiles, reviews security violation reports and investigates possible security exceptions, updates, and maintains and documents security controls
• Leading a team responsible for the tracking and monitoring of software viruses and intrusion prevention system
• Perform technical and managerial documentation, topologies and metrics to support security tasks
• Adhere to Company’s standards and procedures
• Assisted in preparing the audit scopes, report findings, and presented recommendations for improving data integrity and operations
• Reviewing the systems for IT general controls, risk and compliance with policies and regulations

Deputy Manager / Assistant Manager / Engineer Supervisor
• Knowledge of IP networking and network security including Intrusion
• Responding to calls & requests from the monitoring teams and other internal customers to assist in troubleshooting level 1 and level 2 network/firewall issues
• Monitoring and managing ongoing health and capacity of firewall environments within multiple data centers
• Partners with Security Architects to understand system requirements and functionality and implements changes to system against the requirements and functional design
• Conduct studies analyzing user’s requirements, identify alternative designs and solutions to ensure the client’s network security needs are met
• Knowledge of network monitoring tools such as Cacti, MRTG PRTG SyslogNG etc
• Progressive experience in networking, network security, and firewalls
• Professional level of familiarity implementing and troubleshooting Firewall (e.g. Fortigate, Sophos XG and etc)
• Extensive experience implementing and troubleshooting highly available firewall clusters
• Professional level understanding of IPsec VPNs as well as real world implementation and troubleshooting experience
• Professional level understanding of TCP and UDP including the ability to identify root cause of illusive problems through packet capture analysis
• Professional level understanding of popular network communications protocols such as DNS, RPC, HTTP etcetera
• Professional level understanding of Ethernet and the surrounding technology

Senior Engineer/Engineer/Helpdesk
• Very strong focus on the customers’ needs and a willingness to accommodate them
• Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience of LAN, WAN, and telecommunication equipment, understanding of all OSI layers from application to physical
• Progressive experience in networking and network security including VoIP, VPN's, enterprise routing, L3-7 switching, and Cisco IOS
• Professional level of familiarity implementing and troubleshooting Cisco Router
• Professional understanding of QoS as well as real world implementation and troubleshooting experience
• Self-motivation and the ability to work with almost no supervision
• Serve as afterhours on-call network engineer on a rotating basis
• Evaluate new network hardware and software
• Work with other engineering teams on end to end solutions
• Track all equipment RMA's and ensure that proper levels of spare inventory are maintained
• Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience of LAN, WAN, and telecommunication equipment
