- Installation , Fabrication , machining spare part for equipment
- Training welder and Welder Qualification test

- Responsible for management overall quality control Project Quality .
- Prepare Procedure & ITP submit for Approved for Inspection/acceptance.
- Inspection material , Review certificate and material receive inspection report (MRI).
- Update & Check drawing and prepare set point of pressure test.
- Control NDE follow line list for Inspection test plane (ITP).
- Welder Qualification Test (WQT) follow welding procedure specification (WPS).
- Refractory testing for personal and demonstrate.
- Supervising filler metal and electrode follow material procedure and review certificate.
- Inspection NDE of Fabrication in workshop control Progress and Performance of quality work flow.
- Inspection Structure ,Refractory and piping process.
- Monitoring welding process in accordance with approved (WPS) Progress and daily report.
- Notification to client and Inspector for witness every method follow ITP.
- Check welding history sheet hydro test.
- Check and clear punch list.
- Sand bushing/Check profile surface before Primer intermediate and top coat , check surface thickness.
- Soundness test with anchore ,monitoring refractory, lab test, hammer test before / after dry.
- Final Inspection with client and inspector before packing & shipping follow shipping procedure.
- Control Test package Commissioning Document handover to Owner.
- Review MDR before handover the final document to client.
