- Coordinate and support with customer for planning of sale and shipment
- Consult with customer for product concept
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
- Collaborate with team members to achieve on-time shipment
- Responding to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
- Handling individual sales performance
- Monitoring sales figures vs. the set sales target; tracking sell-in/sell-out of accounts in area of responsibility
- Taking care Semiconductor products, in Automotive and Electronic Appliance customer group
- Handling delivery to customer
- Follow up all delivery process and problem solving
- Consider for improvement and Negotiation of business concern
- Provide Inventory, Stock and KPI based on Business policy
- Control payment collection until final process and cooperate with Customer administrator member and Sales team
- Co-operate with all concerns parties (Nissan Motor, Customers, Coil center, Steel Maker, Nissan Overseas and team members)
- Take cares customers requirement (Support Trial Materials, Cost Reduction, Data support, Investigate Meeting with Steel Maker, etc.)
- Issue Purchase order to Coil center and Issue Quotation to Customers
- Do the Material Order Calculation (Material Control list) to control stock, Checking customer forecast and order from Customer, Delivery Result in Each month, and also placing the new order
- Collect any documentaries from Steel Maker for Support Coil center and Customer.
