- Manage open to buy budget
- Market survey to gather all information in term of trend and competitors, to improve product range
- Perform Sale forecast to ensure profitability of product line
- Achieved to setting the Order Planning System
- Communicate with Brand Principle in term of product information, sourcing new product, price negotiating, etc.
- Margin control and retail price setting

ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
- Manage and build Sale Performance at 49M Baht per year (KPI) for every store
- Sourcing supplier to match with Home Decorative Trend
- Manage and control cost of unit
- Negotiate with supplier whether new or current supplier to maintain a price or at least lowest cost increase
- Manage and control balance stock, replenishment stock to avoid shortage in each Store
- Coordinate with supplier regarding to the production lead time, shipment arrangement, and payment
- Coordinate with forwarder to manage and control cost of transportation and shipment arrangement to be on time
- Stock value calculation and report to Management
- Manage / allocate / rotate stock management in each Store
- Monthly Report and build Sale growth by launching promotion support
- Create new product article, create PR/PO, arrange transaction base on payment term (T/T & L/C)
- Negotiate with supplier and claim to get fair benefit
- Manage TOD according to budget (KPI)

- Sourcing supplier to match with NPD from Marketing team
- Manage and control cost of unit
- Negotiate with supplier whether new or current supplier to maintain a price or at least lowest cost increase
- Manage and control balance stock, fulfill stock to avoid shortage in Thailand, Taiwan, and Hong Kong
- Coordinate with supplier regarding to the production lead time, shipment arrangement, and payment
- Coordinate with forwarder to manage and control cost of transportation and shipment arrangement to be on time
- Cost calculation pre/after shipment arrival
- Stock value calculation and report to Management
- Coordinate with International Sale team regarding to Stock control, Promotion setting plan, Merchandising plan, and Delivery management
- Coordinate with International supply chain officer to manage stock, import shipment, and delivery process
- Manage / allocate / rotate stock management in each country
- Visit Supply Chain Team in each Country to evaluate and improve working process
- Pre-audit new International factory to analyze the capacity and quality
- Auditing during production / pre-shipment (if require)
- Domestic purchasing (whole loop)
