-Managing low-rise product rely on company goal and strategy.
-Managing and monitoring budget and costing of each project to be efficient depend on action plan.
-Consulting and mentoring all subordinate to solving problem in effective way, leading project management and including motivating strategy.
-Monitoring constructing process and update stage of construction.
-Consulting and brainstorming with product development, marketing, business development team in order to planning timing, budgeting and construction planning.
-Responsible for any assignment from Managing Director and VP Construction.

Responsibilities:
- Join to Pre-Con with BD, Designer, CM, QS, Contractor, Sale & Marketing, (Feasibility (Construction Budget),Finding Consult (Designer, CM, QS, Outsource ),EIA Approve,Set Package(Sale Office ,Piling , Structure ,M&E , Architect, ID, ETC), TOR &Tender, Sale Office &Grand Opening Schedule )
- Track and expedite the construction according to planned.
- Control and monitor construction to ensure compliance with the standards. And according to the plans and specifications of the materials specified in the contract and the increasing reduction.
- Coordinating sales and customer service planning meeting clients. Bringing customer check-up Defect tracking and editing to be completed until the customer satisfaction and the delivery room.
