- Manage all in-coming queries and/or requests received from client in regard to their event, and ensure that all correspondence and telephone calls are handled professionally and promptly responded within 24 hours.
- Ensure all proposals and contracts sent are recording in Delphi system accordingly to data entry standards.
- Exceed the give apportioned top-line budget of the designated hotel.
- Ensure each event held is seamless and to the highest customer satisfaction through systematic communication of the latest information and requests to the banquet operations team.
- Prepare and conduct quality presentation to potential and existing accounts/clients. This include meeting with decision makers and/event organizers for solicitation of business.
- Conducts site-inspections and visit proficiently, always preparing ahead and getting concern team involved.
- Continually survey and provide market intelligence of the MICE and food & beverage catering scene of locally, regionally and internationally so as to upkeep the trends in the designate hotel and offer fresh, creative ideas and presentations to our clients/events.
- Understands the importance of high quality of service, through but not limited to establishing a strong rapport with the Event Organizer and guests of the Hotel for return business and/or referral of future business.
