ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
- Implement System Project Monitoring Computer Management System (CMS) Airport of
Thailand
- Support Project IT Consolidation (VMware) Airport of Thailand (AOT)
- Infrastructure and management Server Project AIMS (AOT)
- Backup and Recovery Server of Project AIMS (AOT)
- CM and PM (Services Level Agreement) Project AIMS
- CUTE System (Common use Terminal Equipment) Support and Service, Remote-
Monitoring Help support Airline system Check in Airport of Thailand

Support on Windows Server, Virtualization and backup/restoration and followed ITIL process on Incident management, Change management, Problem management and Performance management.
Responsibilities include:
• Planed on manage backup and disaster recovery monitoring.
• Test disaster recovery on new environment.
• Installed, configured, tested and maintained operating systems, application software.
• Support the transfer of physical server to the VMware vCenter system.
• Build and install computer infrastructure, which encompasses hardware, servers, and virtual machines, using a VMware environment.
• Provided technical support for both hardware and software issues our users encounter.
• Improving efficiency system daily and respond immediately to security or usability
concerns.
• Analysis system performance and reporting.
• Provide Systems Engineering support for the design, planning, analysis, research,
backup, testing or documentation of complex systems
• May assist with research into improvement solutions as it relates to the analysis,
design, and implementation of new Windows System solutions
• 5 years working with Desktop and/or Server incident troubleshooting
• Will be responsible for monitoring Enterprise Tools systems and troubleshooting
problems identified
• Prepare reports backup, performance, corrective Maintenance, System Log for daily
and monthly
• Know how to utilize Windows Patch Management, Desktop Updates
• Specific product knowledge is a plus: Active Directory 2008, Windows
Server 2008/2008 R2/2012,2016,2019 IIS 6 & 7, WSUS, VMware ESXi
