QA Responsibility
- Control quality in manufacturing of plastic packaging in Extrusion and Thermoforming
such as PP, PET.
- Control quality of products color to meet color standards.
- Management and development of quality control system.
- Quality control follow up products agreement during production process, Not allow
the Non- conforming products send to customer.
- Reducing Non-Conforming products in production process.
- Reducing errors working in QA officer.
- Coordinating with other departments to handle with Non-conforming products and
prevent mistake to occur again.
- Control the ISO/GMP/HACCP documents in QA division including HOLD, REJECT and
NCR reports.

- Response that company third party accreditations are obtained and maintained (BRC
IOP, GMP,HACCP).
- Control all company policies, procedures, and work instructions are documented in a
clear, simple and concise manner.
Assist in the preparation of tenders by providing management system related
documents.
- Train all company personnel in the documented company policies.
- Identify relevant legislative requirements.
- Control and maintain the company audit and risk assessment schedule.
- Conduct safety, quality and environmental system compliance audits
- Prepare and submit monthly management reports relating to company systems,compliance and incidents.
